Premium Range – Terms & Conditions

1. Made on Order
All Premium Range wigs are custom-made on order.
Production begins only after payment or an approved lay-buy agreement.
Processing and creation times may vary depending on style and workload.

2. Lifetime Repair Guarantee
“Lifetime” refers to the operational lifetime of the business. Repairs are offered for as long as Hair Illusion continues to operate.
Two repairs per year are permissible for each customer.
Lifetime repairs include: tightening, lace repairs, re-styling loose and missing extensions, ventilating, wig componets replacement and general unit maintenance.
The guarantee does not cover hair replacement, colour changes, or major reconstruction.
Repairs are free, but shippingfees (to and from) are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Lay-Buy Option (3 Months)
A 3-month lay-buy is available on Premium Range orders via WhatsApp request.
A minimum deposit (set by the business) is required to start the lay-buy.
Missed or delayed payments may lead to cancellation in line with store policy with no refund.

4. No Refunds on Made-to-Order Units
