1. Colour Variation

Due to different lighting conditions during photography and display settings on various devices, the colour of our wigs may appear slightly different in person. No two wigs will have identical colour placement, especially in mixed or ombré styles.

2. Braiding Size

The size and thickness of braids may vary slightly from what is shown in our advertising or on the website. Each wig is handcrafted, and some variation is natural.

3. Extension Types

We reserve the right to substitute the type of hair extensions used in a particular style without prior notice. This may occur due to factors such as availability, durability, or pricing changes. All substitutions are made with quality and consistency in mind, but previous product images may not always reflect these updates.

4. Sizing & Fit

Our wigs are ready-made and designed as one-size-fits-most. Fit may vary slightly depending on individual head size and shape. Some styles, such as Alice band wigs, may feel tight initially but will loosen over time with regular use and washing.

5. Pre-Order Items

Certain products, such as the Yarn Knot Wig, are only available on a pre-order basis and require exact head measurements. These are custom-made and not readily available in stock. Pre-order production time is approximately 30 days from the date of purchase.

6. Stock Availability

If an item is out of stock, it will only become available again in our next production run. We do not guarantee restock dates unless specifically stated.
