Shipping Method

We use The Courier Guy for all local and regional deliveries within South Africa. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery.

Delivery Fee

A flat-rate delivery fee of R120 applies to all orders nationwide.

Delivery Timeframes

• Ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–3 business days from the time your order is placed.

• Pre-order items, such as the Yarn Knot Wig, require a 30-day production time before shipping. These are made to order based on your head measurements.

• Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

We currently offer delivery across South Africa only. For international delivery inquiries, please contact us directly prior to ordering.
